Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of machinedigit.com and your application to the MachineDigit beta program. By using the site you accept them. Participation in the beta program itself is governed by a separate beta tester agreement that admitted testers sign; where that agreement and these terms overlap, the beta agreement controls for testers.
1. Who we are

2. What this site is, and is not
This site describes early-stage neurotechnology that is under active development. Nothing on it is a promise of future functionality, availability, or performance. Specifications marked as in validation are measured but not yet confirmed. Content on this site is provided for information about the beta program, not as professional advice of any kind.
MachineDigit products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim.
3. Beta applications
Submitting an application does not create any entitlement to access. Admission is selective and at our discretion. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are 18 or older. We handle application data as described in thePrivacy Policy. Admitted testers receive access only after signing the beta tester agreement, which includes confidentiality obligations and safety rules.
4. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or attack the site or the application service, or bypass its rate limits and spam protections
- Submit false, misleading, or automated applications
- Scrape or republish site content at scale without written permission
- Use the site in a way that violates applicable law
5. Intellectual property
The site, its content, the MachineDigit name, logo, and product designs are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the site for personal and internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
6. Third-party services
The site uses Cloudflare for delivery, security, and optional cookie-free analytics, and our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Their processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to 100 US dollars or the minimum the law permits, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for willful misconduct.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes belong to the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
